Scale mail and leather bracer

A nice piece of armor I just recently finished, mild steel scales over stained leather. It has a good weight and feel with leather drawstrings to pull it closed.

Leather bracer complete

A good first attempt at merging maille and leather into a single piece. I'm very happy with it overall

Titanium hand flower gift

I just finished this project last night.  It's a handflower made of 18g green anodized titanium and 18g bright aluminum.  I used two weaves on this piece, helm chain for the bracelet portion, and aura for the triangles.  My wife was very happy with her Mother's Day gift.

$45 Stainless Wallet Chain with cord

This chain is constructed of alternating weaves (roundmaille and captive inverted round) giving it a unique look. The cord runs through the center and provides extra shape, form, and color and provides a nice place to hang your favorite dangly bits.

$30, Stainless Wallet Chains

I've found a nice market for wallet chains that I hoped these two would tap into nicely.  Based on responses, I think they certainly will.

The chain on the left is 18g 1/4" stainless roundmaille with blue parachute cord doubled in the center for a splash of color and added body to the weave.

On the right we have 16g 1/4" stainless roundmaille with suede leather braided down the middle.  It's more difficult to see, but there's a peekaboo effect as you move the chain around and look.

Work in Progress, chain shirt for the lil' wolf

This is a chain shirt that I've been working on over the last few months for my son.

I'd originally figured that I'd try to have this ready in time for Halloween '13, but it's moving along much faster than I'd thought.

So far, there are about 9000 rings involved and it's still not quite finished.  I'm happy with how it looks, and lil' wolf really seems to enjoy it when I test fit him.
